We print foil balloons in standard shapes, round, heart and star-shaped, starting from 100 pieces. For runs up to 2,500 pieces, an already dyed foil balloon is subsequently printed in the SCREEN PRINTING. From a print run of 2,500 pieces, the desired motif + base color is printed on the base material (always silver), punched out in the desired standard form and welded into a finished foil balloon.
This prints in PHOTO PRINT, i. All “motifs” can be implemented without restriction. From the minimum quantity of 5,000 pieces, we can also produce special shapes, such as Zeppelins + cell phones.
Special shapes can only be calculated by view and checked for feasibility.
